On Wednesday we left sunny and warm Ajijic in Mexico for overcast and cold Niagara in the Great White North, and white it was! On Friday morning, Wil had a ton of snow to shovel out of our driveway battling cold and howling winds. But the warm hospitality we received from our Bed & Breakfast hosts, Jean and Walt, and their friendly Mexican staff at Casa Flores, in Ajijic, will stay with us for a long time. When we travel we try to stay at Bed & Breakfasts whenever possible and Casa Flores rates with the best of the them. If you ever plan a trip to the Lake Chapala region of Mexico, we highly recommend Casa Flores. What a great way to relax after the steady pace of the Guadalajara book fair!
